Where's my order?
If you haven't received an email informing you of your order shipping, it most likely hasn't yet.
Orders containing handmade products and/or samples can take 7-10 business days to fill depending on the volume of orders I have to fill at the time.
If you have received an email informing you of your order shipping, you should also get an email from USPS with a tracking number, Only US customers and Priority International shipments will get tracking number emails. Please check your tracking number if you want to knows where your order is. I don't have any more info then what is provided through the USPS website and tracking number system. Do keep in mind the USPS is notorious for slow updating of package tracking info.
Can you duplicate "So-and-so" fragrance?
I am sorry but I do not have time to attempt duplicating name brand fragrances. You can still ask me to get a fragrance dupe if I can find it online from one of my suppliers, though.
However, I do make custom blends. A custom blend is any mixture of scents you'd like from the scent description list. Custom blends must be paid for before I do the blending.
What scents do you recommend?
Scent choices are very personal, and as such I prefer not recommending scents. If you'd like recommendations, I would highly suggest asking the friendly and knowledgeable forum members at The Shave Den for advice. Providing information on which fragrances you know you like, will help them help you.
Do you accept credit card payments?
You can pay by credit card. No Paypal account required. Once you are re-directed to Paypal's log-in page, under the "Pay with my Paypal account" is "Don't have a Paypal account?". Click on that to enter your credit card information.
Can I place an order by phone, or email?
Unfortunately, I can't take orders in this manner, as I am but one person handling the many facets of running a business. Such orders would simply get lost or mis-placed, and everyone would be very unhappy.
